Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or incur additional shipping charges. HeavenLuxes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
